Payments

  • Our delivery service is outsourced, and the couriers cannot handle payments on delivery.
  • All orders will be processed only after receiving full payment.
  • Bulk discounts are applicable for orders of 50 pieces or more of the same item and/or design.

Returns

Custom made acrylic casings

  • Due to their made-to-order nature, we cannot accommodate exchanges or refunds unless the casing is damaged upon delivery.
  • Change of mind or size change requests cannot be entertained.

 

Non custom made products

  • Exchanges or refunds must be processed in person at our company’s warehouse.
  • Please ensure the returned item is unused and in its original packaging.
  • For change of mind returns or exchanges, buyer will be responsible for all delivery charges incurred.

Custom made acrylic casings

  • Cancellations made after full payment for custom orders will be subject to a fee of $200 or 90% of the order price (whichever is higher).
  • Any remaining amount after deductions will be refunded within 2 weeks upon cancellation request.
  • For credit card payments, the refund process duration may vary based on your credit facility.

 

Non custom made products

  • A full refund is applicable if the order is cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse.
  • Please inform our team promptly to avoid any fees upon cancellation.
  • If the order is cancelled after dispatch, the buyer is responsible for a $30 shipping and processing fee.
  • Refunds for non custom orders will be processed within 2 weeks upon cancellation request.

Shipping

  • The lead time is typically 7-10 working days from the receipt of full payment, varying based on the size and complexity of the casing design.
  • Should the casing be completed before the stipulated timeline, buyers have the option to receive it earlier.
  • For bulk orders, please anticipate a lead time of up to 14 working days. Feel free to contact our team for any additional inquiries.
  • Our products do not come with a warranty.
  • Upon receipt, please inspect the custom-made casing thoroughly. Once the casing is signed off upon delivery, the seller assumes no responsibility for future damages.
  • Any product defects, such as incorrect size or colour, must be reported within 24 hours via Whatsapp, email, or SMS, and the casing must remain in its original condition with protective stickers intact.
  • Damage incurred during delivery, such as cracks or scratches, must be reported within 1 hour via Whatsapp, email, or SMS.
  • For larger casings, using thicker materials is recommended to prevent bending over time; reach out to us to determine the appropriate thickness for your order.
  • Please consult our team for the maximum weight capacity of each custom-made casing before making your purchase.

Others

  • Self-assembly cases consist of 6 acrylic pieces that you assemble to form both the cover and base.
  • A non-assembly case comes pre-assembled with a complete cover and base, requiring no additional fixing.
  • Both types are sturdy and can support reasonable weight without the need for glue or extra tools.
  • Acrylic cases offer greater durability and are less prone to shattering compared to glass.
  • The production of custom acrylic cases demands more specialized tools.
  • Acrylic provides optical clarity superior to glass.
  • The pricing of custom acrylic casings reflects the skilled labour hours involved in their assembly.
