• We outsource our delivery service and the couriers do not handle cash
• All orders will only be processed after full payment has been receive

• Bulk discounts are only available for orders with 50 pieces and above

Custom made acrylic casings

• As the casings are built to order, we are unable to accept any exchange or refund, unless the casing is damaged during delivery
• Change of mind or size change requests will not be entertained

Non custom made products

• Do note that exchange or refund must be done in person at our company’s warehouse
• Please ensure the return item is unused and in its original packaging

Custom made acrylic casings

• Orders cancelled after full payment is made will incur a cancellation fee of $200 or 90% of order price (whichever is higher)
• The remaining amount will be refunded after 2 weeks upon cancellation request
• This may take longer with orders paid via credit card (dependent on your credit facility)

Non custom made products

• Full refund will be given if the order is cancelled before it has been dispatched from our warehouse
• Kindly contact our friendly team as soon as you decide to cancel the order to avoid incurring any fees
• Shipping and processing fee of $30 will be borne by buyer if the order is cancelled after it has been dispatched from our warehouse
• Refund will be done after 2 weeks upon cancellation request

• Lead time is 7-10 working days upon receipt of full payment, depending on the size and design of the casing
• If the casing is ready before the given timeline, buyer will be given a choice to receive the item at an earlier date
• Bulk orders may take up to 14 working days, as such please contact our friendly team for further enquiries

• There is no warranty for our products
• Please check the custom made casing upon receipt. Once the casing is signed off upon delivery, the seller is no longer liable for any future damages
• Any product defect (e.g. wrong size or colour) must be reported via Whatsapp / email / SMS within 24 hours upon receipt, and the casing is to be kept in original condition without having protective stickers peeled off
• Any defects caused by delivery (e.g. cracks and scratches) must be reported via Whatsapp / email / SMS within 1 hour upon receipt
• Please check with our friendly team for the maximum weight each custom made casing can support prior to purchase

• A self-assembly case comes with 6 acrylic pieces that requires you to fix the pieces together to form a cover and base
• A non-assembly case comes complete with a cover and a base, and does not require fixing
• Both types are stable and able to withstand reasonable weight, no glue or additional tools are required

• Acrylic cases are more durable and less likely to shatter than glass
• More specialized tools are required for the manufacturing of custom made acrylic cases
• Acrylic cases are optically clearer than that of glass cases
• Custom made acrylic casings are being charged for the many hours of skilled labour involved in the assembly process
